01 · Scope and responsibility
This AUP forms part of the Terms and applies to prompts, supported uploads, generated video/audio and the use or distribution of results through ShotGrove. The service is for adults 18 or over. You must have the rights and permissions required for your content and must not bypass safeguards or conceal the AI-generated nature of material where disclosure is required.
02 · Six prohibited content categories
- Pornography / NSFW: sexually explicit material, sexual exploitation, nudity generated for sexual purposes and non-consensual sexual imagery are prohibited. ShotGrove does not offer an adult-content exception.
- Violence / gore: graphic injury, torture, dismemberment, glorification of real violence and instructions or threats facilitating serious violence are prohibited.
- Hate speech: content attacking, dehumanising, threatening or promoting discrimination or violence against protected groups or people because of their protected characteristics is prohibited.
- Child-unsafe content / CSAM: child sexual abuse material, sexualised minors, grooming and exploitation are prohibited, including synthetic or fictional depictions and attempts to obscure a minor's age.
- Deepfakes / impersonation: real-person face swaps, undressing, fabricated intimate interactions, deceptive impersonation and falsely depicting a real person saying or doing something are prohibited, even if consent is claimed. Do not impersonate a brand, authority or organisation.
- Copyright / trademark infringement: do not reproduce, adapt or distribute protected works, characters, logos, trademarks or other intellectual property without sufficient rights, or create misleading brand endorsement.
03 · Upload permissions and other prohibited conduct
Upload a person's photo or voice only if it is your own or that person has given the necessary explicit permission. Permission does not authorise a prohibited deepfake. Reference modes are available only where the workspace supports them. Do not submit illegal content, terrorism or weapons-facilitation instructions, encouragement of self-harm, fraud, spam, malware or prompts designed to defeat content checks.
04 · Platform content review and current launch status
Current pre-launch operation relies on model-provider restrictions and operator-led review of reports. Additional platform-side automated prompt and output checks are implemented but are not yet activated on the public service. We do not claim that every current result has passed those additional checks. Paid checkout remains closed during this configuration stage.
The configured activation workflow uses Waffo Prompt Sift and Qwen prompt review before a credit hold and model submission, then Qwen video review before a result is stored for download or settled as successful. Only an explicit approval proceeds. A block, uncertain verdict or unavailable check prevents that stage from proceeding; unapproved output is not delivered and its held credits are returned. Versioned decision metadata and provider request references are retained for investigation.
The operator reviews reported mistakes and updates rules when provider guidance, law or observed abuse changes. Human review records must identify the decision, date and reason. There is currently no public user gallery. This policy alone is not a claim of production-review approval or a guarantee that automated tools detect every violation.
05 · Enforcement and treatment of credits
Depending on severity and evidence, the operator may issue a warning, reject a prompt, withhold or remove content, limit submissions, revoke access/API credentials, or suspend or terminate an account. Child-safety threats, credible serious violence, fraud and legal obligations may require urgent action, evidence preservation and lawful reporting to appropriate authorities.
We explain the basis and scope of a restriction when lawful and practicable. Failed or unapproved generation credit returns follow the Terms. Unused purchased credits are not automatically confiscated as a penalty; legitimate refunds remain available under the Refund Policy. Fraudulently obtained credits and completed payment refunds are reconciled against the balance.
06 · Report content or a rights violation
Email [email protected] with the subject Content report. Include the task/page reference, the relevant category, a brief explanation and evidence you can lawfully share. Rights holders should identify the work or trademark, their authority and the disputed material. Do not forward suspected CSAM or unnecessary private identity documents; describe the issue and provide a reference instead.
We acknowledge reports within 7 calendar days and provide a decision or substantive status within 30 calendar days. Credible immediate harm, child safety and legally time-sensitive notices are prioritised. We verify the report, review available records, apply appropriate measures and reply when disclosure is permitted. Reporters' information is shared only as necessary for investigation or legal requirements.
07 · Appeals and policy changes
If you believe a restriction is mistaken, email [email protected] with the subject Content appeal, the task/account reference and your explanation. The operator reviews the original decision and new evidence, records an outcome and corrects errors where appropriate. Pending review does not authorise you to redistribute prohibited material. Material policy changes are dated and published here.
